Gift Services
We believe all good things are enjoyed more when shared with your close ones. Use Zobello’s gift services to send a gift to your loved ones.
This option will be available at the time of your checkout, where you can ask for the order to be gift wrapped and can share your personalized message which will be included in the order at a nominal fee of INR 25/- (For Indian customers).
Please note that recipient will receive order invoice, product price tags and labels as per present courier company rules. This is required as otherwise items would be considered as tampered goods.
Both the recipient and/or the sender of the gift can request for a refund. You can refer to our returns policy for details.The refund amount in this case will be credited back to the customer’s / credit card or bank account who had purchased the gift originally.
In case the recipient of the gift is not a registered customer he / she can email us at returns@zobello.com with the Order ID and Item ID mentioned in the invoice received with the order and we can initiate the refund.
If recipient is already an existing customer he / she can email us at returns@zobello.com with the Order ID and Item ID mentioned in the invoice received with the order and we can initiate the refund.
For International customers we do not offer gift wrapping services due to foreign customs ( as gift wrap may be opened and repacked for customs ).
