Shipping And Delivery
We, at Zobello know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products in the finest condition within expected delivery time. That is why Zobello partners with the best courier companies to deliver your product to you safely and efficiently.
Countries delivered
We deliver to most postal addresses around the world. Click on link below to see the list of all the countries we deliver to around the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with Pin code / Zip code during checkout.
Please note: Residential shipments to USA, Canada, EU & Other International countries, if not received at your given address would be withheld with the courier company for 48 hours. If a customer fails to contact the courier company, within the stipulated time period, then the order will be cancelled without the amount being refunded. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. Hence please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery of package.

Order tracking
You can track your order by going to Zobello website and clicking the Order Status on home page. Enter tracking ID or Order number provided to you to see where your package is. You can also check for tracking ID from the confirmation email sent to your email ID. Expected delivery times would be shown on this page so you would know where your order has reached and how long can it take to reach your doorstep.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address change requests
Yes, but only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once order is dispatched you cannot change your shipping address. The ideal timeline we provide for changing the shipping address after placing the order is 2 to 5 hrs. For change of address drop us a mail at customer-care@zobello.com with the revised shipping address and the Order ID.
Multiple shipping addresses
At the current moment we don’t facilitate multiple shipping, hence request you to place a new order for a different shipping address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and pin code/zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
Transit times
Expected Delivery times for India and International markets are mentioned in table below. No orders will be accepted from Country/Pin/Zip code, which is currently not covered in our delivery zone, same will be confirmed to you during checkout.

Transit times mentioned here are approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
*If your order has been shipped from India Speed Post it will take 7-15 days for it to get delivered. Incase the order has not been delivered after the 15th day from date of dispatch, then we would be dispatching a new package or would process a refund upon customers request within next 5 business days.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. All item weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams by courier companies.

Package damaged or tampered
Please don’t accept a package that has been tampered with or damaged in any way. Lodge a written complaint on the courier delivery slip and inform us on customer-care@zobello.com within 24 hours with your order details. Photos of the package and contents would be helpful for taking it up with courier company.
Delivery Pin code/Zip Code
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, you would be confirmed if we deliver to your area or not. We keep on updating our coverage area so if we don’t deliver to your area currently then please check after some time to see if our list is updated.
Order lost in transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order. In such a scenario if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by dropping an email to customer-care@zobello.com and we will credit your money back into your account.
Different billing and shipping address
Yes, Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. It can be same or different depending on you.
Bulk orders
If you request for a large order size of a particular style/s then you can drop us an email at customer-care@zobello.com with the order details and we will get back to you.
Shipping in part
It is possible due to stocking at various locations that an order may be shipped in parts.
Packing
We pack our products in polythene before putting them in standard packing box and shipping via 1st class Air courier services.
Transit Risks
Zobello ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Zobello will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency. In order to avoid this kindly ensure you are present at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We believe in being Honest to our customers. We want you to have an absolutely hassle free shopping experience. All Zobello products are brand-new and 100% genuine.
In case the product you have received is Damaged / Defective or a Wrong item has been shipped to you then you can claim full refund on your order ( including shipping charges ) within 15 days of receipt. Damaged/ Defective or Wrong items must be returned in the original condition as they were received with all the accompanying accessories, tags and any free gifts.
Please do send us a mail with order ID and details of the product you are returning.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 15 days of delivery (at your own expense).
Incase you are facing a sizing/ fitting issue, you may exchange the same within 15 days of delivery. You can raise an exchange request by logging into your Zobello Account and we would arrange a reverse pick up (depending on area pincode serviceability) to fulfil the request.
*Note: We would only arrange for the reverse pick up once per order from our end. Incase you need another replacement for the same order, you would have to return the articles (at your own expense).
The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.
Please ensure that the Zobello tag thread is not cut if you want to return item. Incase the tag thread is cut we will not accept the return item.
Please do send us a mail with order ID and details of the product you are returning.
Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
We do not accept return/exchange on Innerwear due to hygienic reasons.
To return your order, please send the package by pasting the return label provided via mail once the return request is authorized.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you (at your expense).
For International customers a refund credit of the returned goods will be made within 1 business day on receipt of the product, to the channel you used for the original purchase (Shipping costs are to your expense). Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us, we recommend using a courier service that insures the value of your returned products and gives you a proof of shipping.
Exchange facility is not available for international orders, we urge you to return the item within 15 days of delivery and place a new order for the required articles.
For International customers there is only the self ship option available.
For Indian customers : Our refund process is very simple and can be done online by logging into your account. A refund credit of the returned goods will be made within 24 hours after receipt of the product to the card you used for the original purchase (Shipping costs are to your expense).
Note: We process the refund within 24 hours from our end after receipt of the product, once the product has passed the inspection. The amount then would be credited back to your account in accordance with the banks procedures.
For COD (cash on delivery) orders, please advise by email or enter online in the order you would like to return, the Bank name, Branch, City, Account number and Bank IFSC code for us to initiate the credit.
You need to mention via mail if we should pick up order or would you be sending the order from your end ( For Indian customers only).

Pick-Up: If you want us to pick up the order, kindly keep the order ready at the time of pickup, which will be communicated to you via email and SMS.
Incase of return, if we arrange a reverse pick up then we would be deducting Rs. 99/- as reverse shipping charges.

Self-Ship: In case you plan to ship the item yourself, please use a trusted courier service to ship the return, to the address provided in the return label sent with your order.
In case of self-ship a full refund would be initiated from our end.
Note: If in a multiple order you are returning only a single item/part of the order, in such case refund would be made for that specific product being returned
only and not the whole order.
Important:
- Return/Exchange of products purchased on sale price would be refunded through Zobello credits only.
- We would only exchange/refund via credit points incase the product has been discounted using coupon code (other than the introductory discount code).
- You would have to return the whole order incase you wish to return all regular priced items and keep the discounted products (discounted using coupon code).
International Orders

Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
We do not accept Return on Swimsuits / Undergarments due to hygienic reasons.
We now ship a self adhesive returns label with all our shipments. Incase you wish to return the order simply fill in the items details you wish to return and stick the return label on the package.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
For International customers a refund of the returned goods will be made within 1-2 business days after the goods have been inspected, which is a days process to the credit/debit/paypal card you used for the original purchase (shipping costs are to be borne by you). Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us, we recommend using a courier service that insures the value of your returned products and gives you a proof of shipping.

Payment:
You can pay with the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
We do not accept cash, cheques or phone orders.
While checking out from the website, you would see an option to pay via Paypal.
*Note:
- You will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
- You can opt to login to your PayPal account to complete the purchase or pay with debit/credit card via guest checkout.
- We do not store any card details on our website. Also, Paypal does not share any financial details with Zobello.
- Card information entered is transmitted in encrypted form using the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data; you can verify this by clicking on the padlock that appears in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
Custom duties and taxes
Please note that displayed product prices on Zobello do not include duties and taxes. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country’s customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing location of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. The customer will bear these charges upon receiving the order. You can contact your local customs office for specific details.
Zobello has no control over such custom duties/taxes. You should check with your local customs office for further details.
